Refund policy

NO REFUND, EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY. Please be aware before you complete your purchase about our No Refund, Exchange Only Policy which you can refer to in our “Shipping & Returns” section.

  • Pepita&Me follows the No Refund, Exchange Only Policy, meaning customers can only exchange items for a different size or style. 
  • Defective products or products with quality issues are eligible for a refund or exchange, for a product of equal or higher value, at the expense of Pepita&Me.
  •  For defective products, merchandise refund requests are accepted within the first 5 business days after receipt of the product. The request must be made by sending an email to hola@pepitaandme.com and clearly state the following information: Order number, the reason for return, an image of the product with the defect and size and style of the product.
  • Each case will be subject to a technical evaluation and approval from Pepita&Me. In case of non-acceptance of the returned product, we will inform you via email of the results of the technical evaluation and why it didn’t comply with a refund.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 
  • If approved, the reimbursement will be processed via Shopify Payments in the 5 business days after the email notification and acceptance of the requirement.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We want you to have the best shopping experience through our website with Pepita&Me. That is why we designed an exchange process for you.

Please note the conditions we have to make effective your exchange process:

  • Merchandise exchange requests are accepted within the first 5 business days after receipt of the product. The request must be made by sending an email to hola@pepitaandme.com and clearly state the following information: Order number, the reason for exchange, the product you received (size and style), and the product you wish to exchange it for (size and style).
  • Pepita & Me will respond within 48 hours after receiving the email with the exchange request. In case the request is accepted, we will reply with the returning instructions. 
  • All products are eligible to be exchanged for a replacement product of equal or higher value, and the customer will cover the shipping costs both to return the original and to receive the replacement product. 
  • For defective products or with quality issues please refer to our Refund Policy to proceed accordingly.  
  • Products should be returned in perfect condition and in the same way in which they were received. Please note they must have the original tags still on, show no signs of wear or use, and be returned in their original packaging. Products that do not comply with these indications will not be accepted and will be returned at the client's expense.
  • Each case will be subject to quality evaluation and approval from Pepita&Me. Once the return requirement is processed in the stipulated terms, we will continue with the evaluation and confirmation of the available stock of products you may want to exchange.
  • In case of non-acceptance of the returned product, we will inform you via email of the results of the technical evaluation and why it didn’t comply for an exchange.
