Our transportation partner responsible for taking your goods safe to its final destination is FEDEX.
Delivery dates are counted from the confirmation of the payment sent to the mail registered at the time of the purchase. Confirmation will be made on the next business day.
Payments may take up an additional business day while the data is processed and funds come into our account.

The product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who lives or is at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the guide of the courrier shall be enough. For units or buildings with security service, reception and signature, name and identity card of the security man is required.
In case the product has signs of damage or ruptures in its packaging at the time of delivery, you must register it in the courrier guide as an observation and communicate with:

TAXES:
Pepita&Me is not responsible for any local charges that may apply for taxes or duties in the destination country. Each customer will assume and pay any costs related with these matters.
If you're purchasing from Peru or Mexico, please be aware that there will be an additional charge of $20 USD for the certificate of origin. Also, remember that you'll need to pay taxes (VAT) at the destination. Don't worry! We'll do our best to ensure you receive your order within 5 to 7 business days.
